Satisfaction Guarantee

We ensure your floral arrangement arrives fresh and beautiful. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues professionally.

Our satisfaction guarantee covers:

• Flowers that arrive wilted or damaged during delivery
• Arrangements that differ significantly from the description
• Missing items from your order
• Delivery to an incorrect address due to our error
• Notable deviations from agreed-upon custom designs

When reporting an issue, please provide:

• Your order number
• Date and time of delivery

Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the issue, we offer the following resolution options:

Replacement

We will create and deliver a replacement arrangement at no additional cost. This is our preferred solution for most quality issues, as it ensures you receive the beautiful flowers you ordered.

Partial Refund

For minor issues that do not significantly impact the overall arrangement, we may offer a partial refund to your original payment method.

Full Refund

In cases where we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction or if the arrangement is significantly defective, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Store Credit

We may offer store credit for future purchases, which can be used toward any of our floral arrangements or services.

What Is Not Covered

Our return policy does not cover the following situations:

• Natural variations in flower color, size, or appearance that are inherent to fresh flowers
• Wilting or deterioration that occurs more than 48 hours after delivery
• Damage caused by improper care or handling after delivery
• Recipient refusal to accept delivery without valid reason
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
• Unavailability of recipient when delivery was attempted
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities to flowers
• Damage caused by pets or environmental factors after delivery
• Subjective preferences regarding flower selection or arrangement style

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery: May be subject to a cancellation fee
• Cancellations after delivery has been attempted: No refund

For event orders and large custom arrangements, different cancellation terms may apply. These will be outlined in your event contract or order confirmation.

Delivery Issues

If your arrangement was not delivered as scheduled:

• Contact us immediately so we can track your order
• We will investigate the delivery status with our courier
• If the delivery was missed due to our error, we will redeliver at no charge or provide a full refund
• If the recipient was unavailable, we will coordinate a redelivery time

Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

Seasonal Variations

Flower availability varies by season. When specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with comparable alternatives of equal or greater value. Substitutions will maintain the overall design aesthetic, color scheme, and quality of the original arrangement.

If you have concerns about potential substitutions, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.

Event and Wedding Orders

Special terms apply to large event and wedding orders:

• Final designs are confirmed during consultation meetings
• Changes to event orders must be requested at least 14 days before the event
• Cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits based on timing
• Event-specific return policies will be detailed in your contract

We recommend scheduling a consultation well in advance to ensure all details are finalized to your satisfaction.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
