We offer delivery services throughout Mississauga and select surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on location and order size. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon, subject to availability.
We make every effort to deliver orders at the requested time, but delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, or recipient unavailability.
The recipient must be available to accept delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them or leave the arrangement in a safe location at our discretion.
We are committed to providing the highest quality floral arrangements. However, as we work with natural products, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur. These natural variations do not constitute grounds for refusal or return.
In cases where specific flowers are unavailable due to seasonal limitations or supply issues, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic and color scheme.

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For event orders, cancellation policies vary based on the scope and timing of the event. Detailed cancellation terms will be provided in your event contract.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement arrangement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.
